exactly. Manila was the winner for me. so sad she is gone.Naomi's lip sync was amazing, but eliminating Manilla was complete utter bullsh*t.
All Stars 3 is my absolute favorite! And not just because I was in it.after the last seasons, i think that this one is very good.
i think the same and maybe manilla or trinity this time.Shangela should have won AS3 and Trinity should have been the sole winner of AS4.
i definitely didn't like it. the double crowning looked very forced. i know the contestants don't really know who is the winner when they are filming, but this time monet and trinity's celebration of their win seemed very fake. and then, the editing was terrible, and made it even clearer that this decision of both winning was something recently decided. What did everybody think of that finale? #AllStars4
Brace yourself.i still enjoy it and hope the 11th season is nice.

I totally agree. however, i will try to give the season a chance. but the first episode was not so good...I think I am done with Drag Race.
Season 10 was already a chore to watch and this one looks no different.
The move to VH1 really brought more bad than good with it.
The earlier seasons were so much better and so much fun because they made great TV with less money, and got creative when they had to be, and the queens were real personalities, who had to make their own outfits etc. - The show was making fun of reality TV, in a sense.
Now it has turned into exactly that: a polished, overproduced, shallow TV competition where glitz and glam is more important than creativity, and words like "crafty" are a bad thing. And it makes for a very boring, mainstream television show with no soul.
RIP Drag Race (2009-2017)
can anything be worse than drag race canada? Is it coming on September 18th? Can't be any worse than Drag Race Thailand or Canada.
I don't get why though. I love all three judges, the host gimmick is fun, I guess it goes back to the contestants, I have no connection with any of them. And the maxi challenges are incredibly bad.can anything be worse than drag race canada?
i become a fan of rpdr this year, since february i've seen all 12 seasons, 5 all stars and UK (which i totally loved).
but watching canada is just pain
well... contestants aren't great. but i don't like judges. they just imitate rupaul. it's like bunch of school kids trying to do big show, but just for school academyI don't get why though. Well, I liked Canada's drag race. the queen are funny, talented, and diverse, although not as polished as the ones on RPdr. the challenges are funny and the lip synchs have been amazing. the judges are fine. i mean, this is reality tv, so I think everyone is playing a character for the sake of entertainment; I say this about the controversy around the judges. Is it coming on September 18th? Can't be any worse than Drag Race Thailand or Canada.

Cool! Hope this one ends up better than Canada's.
@magnetar, as a source of dutch culture, could you please explain what fred kept saying to say goodbye to the girls? in spanish it was translated as "bye, love" or something. is it a reference to something or an inside joke? there must have been tons of stuff that flew over my head!
Can you tell me more about the host, please? I hadn't seen him before...@magnetar, as a source of dutch culture, could you please explain what fred kept saying to say goodbye to the girls? in spanish it was translated as "bye, love" or something. is it a reference to something or an inside joke? there must have been tons of stuff that flew over my head!
Fred says 'dag schat' which indeed means 'bye love' (or 'bye darling, pet, honey, cutie pie, etc.) with an exaggerated accent that is very common in the west of the country (the hard 'g') and in a snarky, but loving way a drag queen can say goodbye, a very lovingly 'later!'. I think it's just part of his drag persona, unless I missed something too. ^^

Fred started out as a stylist in the Rotterdam club scene when he was 19 and made it his profession. In 2009 he hosted his first tv show 'Dames in de Dop' where he gave women a make over. He then went on to be a coach for Holland's Next Top Model and started hosting more shows like Shopping Queens, Say Yes To The Dress and Fred van Leer: Everything Out of the Closet. He's also often a guest in other Dutch tv and radio shows. He also has 15 years of drag experience under his belt, so it was nice to see him in drag in the first episode.
