It's that time of year again folks time to show me your Christmas spirit!

This year I don't care what you show off so long as you show it-trees, wreaths, cakes, turkeys, this year's festive fashion choice....

Here's my work in progress





I say working in progress because this Saturday I'm off on a glass blowing course to blow my own Christmas baubles

I'm a little early I know. But with Bauble blowing I wanted it up soon rather than later.

Ugly Christmas jumpers: to be fair I actually like many and don't find them ugly. I may draw the line at flashing ones though. Just a festive pattern suits me fine.

So I picked up my bauble. It's a bit of a monster!



I'm gonna have to reinforce my tree before I hang it

Was really good fun though making it

I'd have liked it to be slightly stronger in colour but it made a cute baby bauble inside when i added the hook so it's all good

Speaking of baubles, have you guys seen the RPDR Holi-slay Spectacular?

I watched last night. I can't say I particularly enjoyed it tbh. It all just felt a bit pointless, though the runway was great.

I watch this series every year on the run up to Christmas week. it's become a bit of a ritual. I always finish up feeling a bit sorry for Sarah and hoping that she's happy now.

Thanks! The lights stopped working after one day, but I do like it. I asked my parents to send me little things I wouldn’t mind throwing away when I leave, so all of my decorations were purchased from the dollar store. I might have a hard time parting with this one. Lol

Aaaarrrgggghhhhhhhh!!!!! This must be one of the most Christmassy things ever! I'm picturing the Christmas jumpers and eggnog already.

Is that just and effect of the light on the bottom and top of the tree or some sort of fancy decoration?

Especially the tinsel. I have a love hate relationship with tinsel. The kid in me loves the shiny coloured kind. The grown up in me tells me to leave it in the the box. Yours is like tinsel for grown ups!

You can also save me the maltesers in that box of celebrations

I wanted to use a golden rainbow reflection tinsel. D went for the frosted tips one. Or do you mean the pearl necklace is the grown up tinsel?

Sure, you can have the maltesers, I only ever really eat the mars anyway

Not for me yet. Not normally until twelfth night (twelve days after Christmas). It does start to annoy me though so I might do it after new year.
