Does anybody know (live or studio), what 's longest note is? I once saw a youtube clip of an performance where she held a really long note, only to find out it was edited to seem longer for the dvd or recording. Other than that one, what are some of her long notes?

If you're talking about the August 22nd 2003 NYC performance, it was all real, no editing. Definitely no need to, it was an awesome performance!

Wasn't it in the Post tour? I remember hearing it in the Post Live performance.
Anyways, it's my favorite rendition to this song. It gives me goosebumps.

yes. i've seen the unedited one. but it is possible for some singers to hold really long notes like that, or even much longer. this is the longest note i've ever seen a singer do.

How funny, I was just thinking about this yesterday about the fact that one of the videos has been edited.

On the "homogenic live" album when she sings Anchor song she hits a really high and really long note near the end. Another high and long note is where she sang Jóga sometime during the homogenic tour where she wore that white dress and as she sings "state of emergency" she really extends the notes and songs them really high. I'm sure there is a video somewhere on YouTube.

yes, i think the anchor song from homogenic live (from the live in cambridge in 1998) is the one. very beautiful indeed.

she has done great long notes when singing cocoon as well.
