Murder and killing in hell VHS

Wasn't sure where to put this, but I have a question.

Does anyone know if the Sugarcubes's Murder and Killing in Hell VHS is available in PAL or NTSC? Discogs doesn't say

I live in the US and my parents have a NTSC VHS to DVD recorder and I'd like to transfer this tape to VHS but don't want to waste the money buying it if NTSC players don't play PAL. I've read conflicting things online and am not too familiar with VHS technology...

My copy of Windsong WIV008 cassette is from UK, at least it has 10.99 pounds sticker on it. thus it is most likely in PAL. it is quite odd that the video system is not indicated anywhere on the cover or cassette itself.

in my memory if was an european release only, so I would bet on pal only.

Do we know if pal tapes play on NTSC machines.

I know pal DVDs play on american machines if they're not region locked...

A PAL videotape will not play on an ntsc machine. you’ll have to get it converted to ntsc.
