Lovely! Envious of your berry season, too. Here's it's chili and hot soup weather.
funny you mention that, i made a lot of chilli last winter, mostly vegetarian tho. it tastes much better the days after you cook it and reheat so well.

I've never made a cheesecake. It's never really been on my radar. I'll add it to the list.

Tonight is halloumi. Not sure what with. Open to suggestions [emoji16]

Agghh, you guys are killing me. Can’t wait until I’m able to cook again. Doesn’t help that I came up with the bright idea to start following the Food Network on Instagram this morning either. [emoji849]

So was using up leftovers and made something rather yum!

I wanted an olive and tomato sauce that was more olive than tomato:

Onion
Garlic
Tomato paste
Ground olives (black and lots)
A little chilli
Starchy water from the pasta

But then I made breadcrumbs from leftover tomato bread, toasted them and added them at the last minute. OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS AND THEY ADDED SOME MUCH needed TEXTURE <3 <3 <3
