apple version is 74 minutes, full length is around 98 minutes. So I guess some songs will be cut from the apple version

Did not wake up to watch it live at 4am lol but the film is currently available on Apple TV (for a limited time, it says) and you can watch individual song performances on Apple Music (in the ‘music videos’ section), and there’s also a full audio live album there. They cut “Ovule”, “Show Me Forgiveness” and “Body Memory” from the original setlist, but maybe they will be featured in the longer cinematic cut.

I'm watching it now, so far so good. Being there and seeing the show live must have surely been an incredible experience. Arisen and Utopia are a bit meandering, while Mouth Mantra feels directly cacophonic to me, but the visual editing is very good! Blissing Me was beautiful, and Victimhood is definitely a career highlight. Spectacular.

I'll keep watching.

my only quibble so far is that "isobel" feels a bit stripped of life -- I remember it being a really euphoric moment during the live show, which I didn't get from the recorded version, but maybe the arrangement did change throughout the course of the tour

kudos, though, for the editing on "arisen my senses" -- nothing can match the sensation of seeing the visual spectacle live, but this comes pretty darn close

Watched it, mostly loved it, can’t wait to see it again on a big screen, uncut.

My only minor qualms are that “Notget” seemed a bit flat in this particular performance (at the show I went to it definitely felt more rousing and high-energy, and Manu’s and Bergur’s outro was way longer, a proper banger to close the show), and the editing with the overlapping animations was a bit heavy-handed at times. Also, you can sometimes see/hear some obvious stitching of different audio sources for one song.

But I’m nitpicking. The film’s beautifully shot and feels so immersive. It’s like a wonderful culmination and wrap-up of the past decade of her career, the final, glamorous stop of the Vulnicura—Utopia—Fossora journey before Björk moves on to the next thing. Very happy it’s finally out!

"losss" is most definitely one of the highlights for me: this live performance enhanced the emotional charge of an already stunning and poignant song

I actually appreciated the sonic overload in "mouth's cradle"; just wondering why the manifesto is sandwiched between "blissing me" and "hidden place"---wouldn't it have made much more sense right before "future forever"?

looking forward to hearing "ovule," "body memory," and "show me forgiveness" in the full-length film

I went to my brother who owns a very big tv to watch it. I was a bit scared that it will not work as well on a tv as it did live, but they did great! I loved it a lot. Missed body memory a lot, as it was a highlight for me during the show. Still afraid for that to loose a lot of its impact on tv compared to the live experience. But I loved it a lot

This is still the real „utopia“ for me as the album

So... was Cornucopia shown at all in Iceland during this weekend?
The full-length theatrical version of the film was supposed to premiere at the Smárabíó cinema on February 1.

But I searched all sort of Icelandic news websites to see how it went in terms of audience reception and found no mention of Cornucopia.

Plus, It seems there's a heavy stormy weather all across the country in Iceland right now, I wonder if this affected the premiere?

And Smárabíó is now showing showtimes on the 7, 8 & 9th of February

At AMC Theaters here in the US, the runtime is listed as 2 hours, so its the full show plus extras, which will most likely be the 3 music videos as mentioned

I expect the videos will be ones featuring the avatars used promenently in Cornucopia, my guesses being:

ovule
notget

might be a great opportunity to unveil (the supposed) Apple VR upgraded visuals for Notget, if the Vulnicura VR apple version's PR is anything to be believed...

BTW tickets to Cornucopia are already available to purchase in the US through the AMC Theaters app. Got mine for the grove

AMC is only having one screening, at 7pm on May 7th, which is typical of how AMC shows their special event concert films. Their screenings of Imagine Dragons' concert film had only one showing, today at 7pm local time across the US

Cornucopia is playing in way more theaters than I expected though... which is cool

Got mine as well! I was hoping to go one of the Curzon theatres but for some reason all of those viewings are for paid memberships only as opposed to regular tickets? Kind of a weird choice.

It also looks like tickets for the Barbican have yet to be announced. I wonder if there'll be some sort of special screening there or something

Just grabbed a couple tickets for a showing in nj! the showings in nyc are near to being sold out, so i recommend grabbing a seat if you can. also, if you're up for the drive/cab ride/taking a bus, there is a showing at the clifton commons amc in new jersey, as well as a showing at another theater in paramus, Nj.
