My new album is co-produced by myself, Oneohtrix Point Never and Hudson Mohawke. It's an electronic record with some sharp teeth. We are mixing it now. It's called HOPELESSNESS. My name for this project is ANOHNI. xx

I'm so glad it's an electronic record with some sharp teeth… Over the years I have seen him perform with the good old Johnsons, several orchestras, a serious jazz band (feat. Laurie Anderson & Lou Reed) and in an opera about Marina Abramović. From small to huge. So this little project with OPN and Mohawke sounds like a good and fresh direction.

Hope they will tour!

FACT: Hudson Mohawke first made mention of his involvement in the project last year to NME, describing the supposedly NSA-inspired album as “really political, very angry.”

So Antony is as mad as hell, and he's not going to take this anymore!

Antony is one of my true favourites, but I've been wishing that he'd take a step farther from orchestral beauty and ballads, so this just hits the spot for me.. And Oneothrix Point Never??? I LOVE THEM

Nothing new has been announced yet. I've only heard the name ANOHNI is more than a project name. It seems that he (Antony) has change her name into Anohni.

surprised (not more than ANOHNI herself) in a very good way that her co-written soundtrack song "manta ray" got nominated for the academy awards - the song is truly beautiful, nice recognition [even tho 007's is prob more likely to win]

The note about album coming in May and the single/video was on her Facebook earlier, written by Anohni herself, but now I can't find it.

Have they taken it down? Maybe they'll post an 'official' press release soon.

The tour dates are confirmed, though.

Yeah, they lyrics so direct. What a gorgeous song! The production is very HudMo, just like "4 Degrees". I can't wait for the video either - Facebook says it's coming 'in the evening hours', but Anohni said it's going to premiere tomorrow.

But on my fb feed a 4umer shared 'down bomb me' feat Naomi Campbell.

And I'll say it is a refresh and trending genre and really different from what I expect it to be. And I'll say that this might be the first album i would own from him/her
