yes, better festival than nothing.
i've seen bjork live only once - in melt! festival in germany. i think it's very similar to ostrava, it's in the old mine or something like that

She is kind of dependent on the screens with lyrics, so don't expect her to use it during Vulnicura tracks, but maybe for older songs like Army Of Me she feels comfortable without lyrics.

The screens are on the sides of the stage. But because there was a catwalk in the middle of the stage, it might seems like there is screen in front of her. It is because of the view from the side of the catwalk, by 90 degrees to the stage

Ok. I saw instagram snippet now. This big screen is in the middle of the area, but it is on the "tower" for sound guys. So it is for people that can't see over the tower. But it is like 50 metres from the stage. You can see this tower on my picture from sound check, where Bjork walks to it
