björk mtv europe / mysterious song

this will sound pretty random, but do any of you guys remember a set of mtv europe commercial/ads/music interludes (not sure what to call them) from the early 00s that contained parts of the "cocoon" video in it (the part when björk is wiggling with her fingers at the thread, for instance)? if so, any idea how i can find them on youtube?

the reason i am asking is because i have been desperately trying to find a song from late 90s/early 00s, but I only remember the video, parts of which appear in these same ads, as far as I remember

oh, and maybe someone could help me out with the song itself: all i remember is that it was a black woman singing, dressed in white and walking in a red room; the camera would sort of zoom in/move faster at certain parts of the song, when the singer would sort of make a screaming sound…

lol, this sounds so vague, but does it ring a bell? any help would be appreciated...

The only video I can think of off the top of my head that vaguely fits your description is Brazen by Skunk Anansie. I might be well off the mark though - I don't remember whether or not Skin was wearing white in the video

^ nothing to do with this thread but I absolutely love Skunk Anansie. They were my favourite before I discovered Björk so they've been demoted to second place.

Brazen would fit the description but it was released 5 years earlier than Cocoon.
