Moma album images

I am curious to see if anyone out there has the images that moma used to define each album. They were each derived from the vulnicura heart and were coloured accordingly with each album.... can anybody help?

i while ago i was also looking for these pictures to use as phone wallpapers but couldn't find them anywhere separately or in a higher resolution. i really hope somebody got them or something
