Oooh, fun.
aeroplane (it's never an immediate favorite from that album)
Hmmm. Not a big post fan and generally I like all of the favorites. I miss you?
5 Years does not get enough love, IMO.
Overture! It's one of the best things Bjork has ever, ever done and often pushed aside as a simple instrumental
Sun in my mouth or harm of will. I think they're celebrated here, but most first time vespertine listeners don't latch on to them like pagen poetry or hidden place.
submarine
on a good pair of headphones, it will make your skin crawl and take you places.
Shimenawa\Holographic -- composing for gagaku isn't an easy task. She deserves more credit for the sho pieces.
Hope. ( I know, I know) - it doesn't fit and sounds awkward for bjork, but hearing her in a pretty straightforward melody before biophilia and after medulla, should be recognized. and it's a kora! Who doesn't like a kora! This song doesn't bother me as much as say, my juvenile.
Dark matter. It's an exercise in polytonality. Also, virus; it's sugary sweet but it's a beautiful sentiment.
Vulnicura: I would say Black Lake. I heard it recently on a very powerful system and it completely changed the way I heard it. Crank your subwoofer to 11 and feel those bass crawls, drops and swells.
Utopia: Ahhh. I think this album is overrated all around. All these months later and I still think it's overrated. But definitely people are sleeping on Features Creatures.
