i agree this is a weird way to communicate this and i don’t know what the OP actually asked them. however, they confirmed that they were working on a bluray of cornucopia in an email months before fossora came out. i don’t think oli is quite as airtight as we’d like to imagine.

For Prince, they have released some incredible Super deluxe boxsets. The last one (Diamonds and pearls) has a big LP sized book with gorgeous photos, stories about the songs and the recording, a remastered album, loads of unreleased songs from the famous vault, a live show on blue ray including the videos. Really well put together and Loads of work ofcourse. It helps that he had a lot of songs that were unreleased.

I couls see something like this, but in a smaller version for each album of Björk. With related b-sides and demos, some love stuff, videos and a nice book. On the other hand, most things are already out there, so it would be buying things again for big fans.

the person who posted about the remastered boxset said something along the lines of "every albums' producers' being involved" on one of the projects, why would she need their involvement? that leads me to believe some unreleased content is coming

I posted about this in 2023 Surround Releases but figured people would want its own thread.
Last night I emailed OLI Records on a whim because...I'm like that and asked about the Bjork lossy 5.1 mixes. This is what I got in response.

The entire Bjork catalogue is being re -mixed and re-mastered for release in all surround sound formats including lossless - the albums will be released individually and as box set
We plan to release next year

but we also had stuff like omnibus, which was then cancelled so i wouldn't be surprised if it eventually turns out to be streaming only
